Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to the date of check-in, 90 % of the amount would be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation of booking Done Less Than 7 days Prior To Check In Date Will Be Non Refundable
Please inform us by e-mail or phone once the advance is deposited. Your booking is not yet confirmed. Booking will be confirmed only after the advance is deposited
Final rights of admission/check in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management .

According to government regulations, all guests above the age of 18 years staying at the hotel must carry a valid Government issued photo identification (ID), original copy to be presented at the time of check-in.

The identification proofs accepted for Indian citizens are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Guests (including minors) who are foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
